A veteran journalist, skilled researcher and gifted writer, Sondra Williamson founded Paradigm/Shift in 1998 after working for decades in and around the Texas Legislature and on the staffs of high-profile public relations, lobbying, and real estate development firms. Immediately prior to establishing Paradigm/Shift, she was a writer and public relations consultant on the staff of Bill Miller, co-founder of the largest, most successful lobby firm in Texas, HillCo Partners.

In 2016, she worked with legendary Texas trial lawyer David Perry to develop Things I Want to Tell You, a deeply personal memoir to his grandchildren. In 2014 and 2015, Sondra edited a book about birth injuries for the renowned Baltimore trial attorney, Howard Janet. In 2000, she coauthored Start With A Laugh with the late Liz Carpenter, former press secretary to Lady Bird Johnson.
